摘要 为预测焦炭质量,避免硫分过高,提出了"硫的滞留值"的概念,并以此进行了40kg小焦炉试验,研究单种煤硫的滞留值与配合煤炼焦时硫的滞留值之间的关系。试验结果显示,在煤质比较稳定的前提下,同类煤种间变换,单种煤与配合煤炼焦时硫的滞留值一致;不同煤种间的变换则规律性不强,尚待研究。 The concept of "sulfur retaining value" was proposed to predict coke quality and avoid too high sulfur content,and based on this concept a 40kg pilot test was conducted.The relation between the sulfur retaining value of a single coal and also of the coal blend while coking was studied.The test result shows that under the precondition of stable coal quality,the sulfur retaining value keeps the same during the conversion of the coal of the same kind and during coking between the single coal and the coal blend...
