在总结山西省已建高速公路占用林地特点的基础上,从土地生态服务价值和不同生态系统生物量两方面比较,并参照国家和地方的相关法律法规,确定了高速公路占用不同生态系统的优先次序,在此基础上探讨了我省高速公路建设占用林地的原则。

Based on summarizing the characteristics of occupying woodland by finished highways in Shanxi Province,from the value of the land for ecological service and biomass of different ecosystems,by our country and local laws and regulations.The paper contrasted and determined the priorities of occupying different ecosystems,and discussed the principle for occupying woodland in expressway construction in Shanxi Province.
