流体阻尼隔振器中粘温效应对整星隔振的影响

摘要 研究了卫星发射阶段流体阻尼隔振器中粘温效应对整星隔振的影响。根据整流罩抛离前后的热平衡方程,考虑流体粘温效应对阻尼的反馈作用,建立了不同发射阶段的热动力学模型。用数值模拟计算分析了粘温特性和隔振器参数对整星隔振秒特性的影响,并通过振动实验系统验证。结果表明:隔振器温度随时间而升高,隔振系统的共振频率出现偏移,共振峰值发生变化。 The effect of temperature-dependant viscosity in fluid isolator during launching of satellite was studied in this paper.The thermo dynamic model of the vibration isolation system in different launch phases was established according to thermal equilibrium equation when the feedback of the temperature fluid to the fluid damping was in consideration.The frequency domain performances of the whole-spacecraft vibration isolation systems with different parameters were studied through numeric simulation and verifie...
