明清时期医德问题的社会史考察--以16至18世纪为中心

The social history's view on the problems of medical ethics in the period of Ming and Ch'ing Dynasty

明清社会,尤其是16至18世纪,存在着很严重的医德问题。作为历史产物,这些问题的存在其实是历史发展在特定时期形成的必然结果。在对医德的整治上,明清时期的名医、国家乃至普通民众,都曾有意无意地为之付出过努力,然而由于法律规范与制度建设的相对缺失致使其成效甚微。通过对该时期医德问题的考察与探讨,无疑对我们当下的医德建设具有一定的现实意义。
