HPLC测定乙水杨胺片的溶出度

Determination of the dissolution of Chlormezanone tablet by HPLC

目的采用HPLC法测定乙水杨胺片的溶出度。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(40:59:1),检测波长293 nm。结果乙水杨胺色谱峰的分离度良好,线性范围为0.12~1.08μg(r=0.9998),平均回收率99.8%,RSD=0.37%(n=9)。结论所建方法简便快速、专属性强,可有效控制乙水杨胺片的质量。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine the dissolution of chlormezanone in Chlormezanone tablet.METHODSHPLC method was adopted with Kromasil C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) and methanol-water-glacial acetic acid(40:59:1) as the mobile phase.The wavelength used for detection was 293 nm.RESULTSThe linear range was 0.120-1.080 μg(r=0.9998).The average recovery of chlormezanone was 99.8% with RSD of 0.37%.CONCLUSIONThe method is simple and accurate,which can be used to effectively control the quality of Ch...
