摘要
目的采用HPLC-ELSD法测定盐酸氨基葡萄糖中的有关物质。方法采用Zorbax SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为0.1%TFA溶液-乙腈(90:10);流速0.8 m.lmin-1;柱温30℃;检测器为Dikma Sedex75蒸发光散射检测器;漂移管温度45℃;雾化气体压力3.5 bar。结果盐酸氨基葡萄糖主峰与特定相关物质峰分离良好,检测限为40 ng。结论所建方法准确、灵敏、快捷,适用于检测盐酸氨基葡萄糖中的有关物质。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of related substances in Glucosamine hydrochloride.METHODS The column of Zorbax SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used with a mobile phase consisted of 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid solution-acetonitrile(90:10)at a flow rate 0.8 ml·min-1.The temperature was 30℃.A Dikma Sedex 75 ELSD detector of drift tube temperature at 45℃ was used and the pressure of nebulizing gas was 3.5 bar.RESULTSThe peaks of glucosamine hydrochloride and specified from others i...
