芒果止咳胶囊中有效成分的鉴别及芒果苷的测定

Determination of mangiferin in Mangguo Zhike cupsules by HPLC

目的建立中药芒果止咳胶囊的质量标准。方法采用TLC法鉴别方中没食子酸和鱼腥草素钠,采用HPLC法测定芒果叶中的芒果苷。结果进样量0.1020~1.0200μg与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.58%,RSD=1.53%。结论所用方法可有效地控制芒果止咳胶囊的质量。

OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for Mangguo Zhike capsules.METHODSTLC technique was used to identify gallic acid and sodium houttuyfonate suppositoriesl.HPLC was used to measure the content of mangiferin.RESULTSTLC identification was highly specific and the spots were clear and concentrated.When injection value was between 0.1020-1.0200 μg,there was a good linear range between the injection value and measured peak area for mangiferin.The average recovery was 99.58% with RSD of 1.53%.CONCLUSIONTh...
