摘要
目的采用RP-HPLC法测定人血浆中的阿昔洛韦。方法Lichrospher C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-10 mmol.L-1磷酸二氢钠缓冲液(3:97,磷酸调pH3.4);流速1.0 ml.min-1;检测波长254 nm;柱温40℃。结果阿昔洛韦在0.05~5.00μg.ml-1线性良好(r=0.9994),最低检测浓度为50.00 ng.ml-1,方法回收率93.33%~104.96%,日内、日间RSD分别为1.46%~3.83%和2.32%~6.37%。结论所建方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确、干扰少,适用于阿昔洛韦血药浓度的测定。
