RP-HPLC测定盐酸苯海索片中主药

Content determination of Benzhexol hydrochloride tablets by RP-HPLC

目的采用RP-HPLC测定盐酸苯海索片剂中的盐酸苯海索。方法采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.05 mo.lL-1十二烷基磺酸钠0.2%磷酸溶液(350:100)为流动相,检测波长为210 nm。结果盐酸苯海索0.0495~0.9907 mg.ml-1与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),方法平均回收率为99.5%,RSD=1.65%。结论所用方法简便易行,专属性强,灵敏度高,重复性好,结果准确。

OBJECTIVE To determine Benzhexol hydrochloride(BH) in Benzhexol hydrochloride tablets.METHODS An RP-HPLC method was adopted.The chromatographic separation was accomplished on a reversed-phase C18 column(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with a mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(350:100,0.05 mol·L-1 SDS and 0.2% phosphoric acid) and a detection wavelength of 210 nm.RESULTS Good linearity was achieved in the range of 0.0495-0.9907 mg·ml-1(r=0.9999).The recovery was 99.5% with RSD of 1.65%.CONCLUSION This method is sim...
