蔹黄痔疮栓的薄层鉴别及盐酸小檗碱的测定

Identification of Lianhuang Zhichuang suppository by TLC and determination of berberine hydrochloride by HPLC

目的建立蔹黄痔疮栓的质量标准。方法采用HPLC法测定黄连中的盐酸小檗碱,采用薄层鉴别法定性鉴别方中黄连、五味子、乳香、冰片。结果盐酸小檗碱进样量0.252~2.520μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.55%,RSD=1.50%。结论所建方法能准确地定性、定量,重复性好,可作为蔹黄痔疮栓的质量控制方法。

OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for Lianhuang Zhichuang suppository.METHODS Berberine hydrochloride was determined by HPLC.Rhizoma coptidis,Galla chinensis,Boswellia carterri,Borneolum syntheticum were identified by TLC.RESULTS Berberine hydrochloride showed a good linear relation in the range of 0.252-2.520 μg.The average recovery was 99.55% with RSD of 1.50%.Rhizoma coptidis.Galla chinensis,Boswellia carterri,Borneolum syntheticum could be identified by TLC.CONCLUSION The methods are accurate ...
