何首乌中结合型大黄素的提取工艺

Extracting methods of combined trioxymethylanthraquinone from Polygonum multiflorum

目的研究不同提取工艺对何首乌中结合型大黄素提取效果的影响,并优化其提取工艺。方法以生何首乌为原料,结合型大黄素的提取率为指标,采用正交设计对提取工艺进行研究。结果最佳提取工艺为80%乙醇提取2次,第1次用8倍量溶剂,提取1 h,第2次用6倍量溶剂,提取0.5 h。结论优化后的工艺适用于何首乌中结合型大黄素的提取。
