骨痛贴中药材的鉴别及盐酸小檗碱的测定

Quality standard of Gutong applicator

目的建立骨痛贴制剂的质量标准。方法采用TLC法鉴别方中黄柏、葛根、丹参、冰片;用HPLC法测定方中君药黄连中的盐酸小檗碱,色谱柱采用Diamonsil C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液-0.025 mo.lL-1十二烷基硫酸钠溶液(50:25:25)为流动相,检测波长为345 nm,流速为1 m.lmin-1,柱温为25℃。结果定性鉴别的分离度良好、专属性强、阴性无干扰;盐酸小檗碱的线性范围为0.3636~3.9999μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.89%,RSD=1.42%。结论所建方法操作简单、快速,结果准确、可靠,可作为骨痛贴质量控制的方法。
