摘要
目的从分子水平揭示桃红四物汤治疗损伤血淤证的机制。方法将88只SD大鼠随机均分为11组,即正常对照组、模型组和治疗2、8、24、48、168 h组。制备大鼠损伤血淤证模型,造模后按要求灌胃给药。收集血液,检测血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素1β(IL-1β)、白介素8(IL-8)的含量。结果与结论损伤血淤证模型大鼠血清中,TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-8的含量呈现不同时相性变化;桃红四物汤对损伤血淤证模型大鼠血清中TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-8的含量均具有下调作用,但作用时相不同。
