荆芥挥发油对急性肺损伤大鼠肺组织病理形态及NF-κB、IκB含量的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的观察荆芥挥发油(VOHS)对脂多糖(LPS)诱导的急性肺损伤(ALI)大鼠肺组织核因子-κB(NF-κB)及其抑制物α(IκB-α)、白细胞介素1-β(IL1-β)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量的影响,探讨荆芥挥发油抗炎作用的细胞信号调控转导机制。方法♂SD大鼠60只随机均分空白对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组(地塞米松)、VOHS高、中、低(110、55、28μg.kg-1)剂量组。尾静脉注射1 mg.kg-1LPS或生理盐水,6 h后处死大鼠,光镜下观察大鼠肺组织的病理改变;酶联免疫吸附法测定肺组织中NF-κB p65、磷酸化IκB-α、IL1-β和TNF-α的含量。结果与模型对照组比较,VOHS高、中、低剂量组均可减轻大鼠肺组织的炎性病变,显著降低NF-κB p65、磷酸化IκB-α、IL1-β和TNF-α的含量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论VOHS的抗炎作用机制之一可能是抑制IκB-α磷酸化的降解和NF-κB的活性,进而减少炎症相关细胞因子IL1-β、TNF-α的合成和释放。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of volatile oil of Herba Schizonepetae(VOHS) on contents of NF-κB,IкB,IL1-β and TNF-α in lung tissue of Acute lung injury(ALI) rats induced by LPS,and to explore the modulator mechanisms of VOHS in signal transduction of inflammation.METHODS Sixty male rats were randomly divided into six groups: normal control group,model group,LPS+Dex group and three VOHS groups.LPS was injected intravenously to prepare ALI model.The animal were satisfied 6 h later.Pathological change o...
