在高职院校,开展教师党员向广大学生承诺为主的"党员承诺上岗"活动很有必要,可以把它作为一种对教师党员进行先进性教育的长效机制。只要我们高度重视,注意活动的系统性、计划性及实效性,狠抓各个关键环节,就可以取得较好的成效。

It is imperative to unfold,at higher vocational colleges,a Campaign of Commitments by Party Members(CCPM) to students and turn this campaign into a longtime efficient educational system for Party-member teachers to keep their advanced character.We will make great achievements if we pay enough attention to the importance of the campaign,carry it out in a systematic way with well-designed schedules,take good care of all key links throughout it and lay stress on practical results of it.
