校企合作培养高职制冷空调专业人才的探索

Discussion on Refrigeration Talent Training by School-Enterprise Cooperation in Higher Vocational Education

校企合作,订单式培养人才是我国高职教育领域创新观念、创新体制的一项教育改革成果。我院在制冷空调专业人才培养上和企业深度合作,对双方的合作基础、人才培养模式和合作办学意义等方面进行了研究,并积极探索校企合作办学的路径和模式,为高职教育的改革和发展提供了参考和依据。

It is a new mode running the higher vocational education by the cooperation of school and enterprise.This mode has been applied to the refrigeration talent training in our college.We made researchs into the cooperation foundation,training program and the advantages.All these applications aim to enhance the development of higher vocational education.
