低钾血症116例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Hypokalemia:Report of 116 Cases

对116例低钾血症患者进行了血清钾的测定及心电图检查,并分析了其临床特点。结果显示,轻、中度低血钾占90.5%,心电图异常患者占94.8%;经补钾等治疗,7 d内患者可恢复正常。表明血清钾的测定及心电图的检查,有助于低钾血症患者早期诊断及治疗。

By the serum potassium and the ECG of 116 cases with hypokalemia,the clinical features of hypokalemia were analysed.The result shows that mild or moderate hypokalemia occupied 90.5%of total patients and adnormal electrocardiogram ratio was 94.8%.After correxting the serum potassium concentration,all patients recovered to normal within 7 day.It concludes the test of serum pouassium and the ECG are benefit to the early diagnosis and therapy of hypokalemia.
