一种常温三价铬镀锌黑钝化方法 被引量:1

A Method of Darkening Passivation for Galvanization Used Chromium(Ⅲ) at Room Temperature

摘要 以磷酸铬为主要成膜物,有机羧酸为络合剂,通过添加作为发黑剂的镍钴盐,和一定量的硝酸根、氟化钠和二氧化硅的水溶胶,制备出了镀锌黑钝化常温发黑液,其中性盐雾试验可分别达到挂镀56 h,滚镀48 h,红锈出现时间为120 h和92 h。 Chromium(III) phosphate used as primary film forming material,carboxylic acid as complexing agent,inorganic nickel and cobalt compounds as darkening agent,added quantitative nitrate,sodium fluoride and silicon dioxide hydrosol,the blacking passivation solution for galvanization at room temperature was prepared.The neutral salt spary test were respectively 56 h for hang plating and 48 h for barrel plating.The red rust appeared respectively at 120 h and 92 h.
