摘要
用FeNiCrSiB非晶合金箔作中间层,在氩气保护下采用瞬时液相扩散连接双温工艺对102/T91异种钢管进行了连接试验;对接头的显微组织和室温力学性能进行了分析测试。结果表明:在1 260℃加热1 min1、230℃等温4 min、压力为6 MPa条件下接头的组织与性能最理想,接头焊缝组织与基体组织相似,接头横剖面的界面为曲线状,接头抗拉强度达到母材水平。
102/T91 dissimilar steel tubes were joined by transient liquid-phase(TLP) bonding process of two-step heating temperature using FeNiCrSiB amorphous alloy as filler in argon atmosphere.Microstructure and mechanical properties of the joint was tested at room temperature.The results showed that 102/T91 joint with similar compositions to the parent metal,curved interface and higher tensile strength than the base metal could be gained under following conditions of heating at 1 260 ℃ for 1 min,freezing at 1 230 ℃...
