2型糖尿病患者血清微量元素分析

Analysis on Serum Trace Element in Type 2 Diabetes

为探讨2型糖尿病与患者血清微量元素的关系,对105例2型糖尿病患者血清Fe、Zn、Cu、Cr、Mg、Ca进行了观察,并与正常对照组做比较,各指标间做相关分析,结果表明,2型糖尿病患者血清Zn、Cr含量明显低于对照组,Cu的含量明显高于对照组,Fe、Mg、Ca的含量两组无差异。提示糖尿病患者体内微量元素的含量与糖尿病具有密切的关系。

To investigate the relationship between trace element and type 2 diabetes.The content of 6 kinds of trace elements Fe,Zn,Cu,Cr,Mg,Ca in serum of 105 patients with type 2 diabetes was deter mined and compared with 60 healthy controls.The results showed that serum Zn,Cr in type 2 diabetes group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and serum Cu was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in serum Fe,Mg,Ca.It concluded that the relation of trace elemen...
