the paper is about a case of professional planner′s consulting work,in which the planner,using theories of career,skill of helping others,market information,and other relative skills such as formal and informal evaluation ways of professional planning,and based on the Careersky evaluation system used by Beijing City University,make a consulting case study on a graduate of current year.The paper also shows the case study′s procedure and outcome and the correct use of Carresky system.
