司法考试导向性法学教育正成为我国高校法学教育改革的新潮流,但值得注意的是,实践中其常成为法条解释性教育,甚至是应试教育,影响了法学教育的健康发展。司法考试对参加人员的素质要求其实仅是法学教育对法律人才素质要求的一部分。我国法学教育改革必须围绕培养合格的法律人才来进行,并通过教学方法的完善等来适应司法考试提出的要求。司法考试自身也要通过改革增强其主动衔接法学教育与法律实践的功能。
