美国诊所法律教育模式体现着职业技能训练、职业道德训练和促进社会正义的多元目标,在中国法学教育改革中被引入,但由于中美不同的教育背景和教育目标,诊所教育的实施面临困境。只有立足于中国法学教育的现实,进行教育目标的分类定位和人才培养的分别定位,才能克服中国目前法学教育和法律职业教育分离的缺陷,以诊所教育为桥梁逐步实现法学教育的一体化目标。
