摘要 探讨武器装备体系建设风险的内涵,对武器装备体系建设风险中项目风险的聚合关系进行了分析,并给出各级项目风险值的处理方法。在此基础上提出了武器装备体系建设风险的评估框架,基于此框架为武器装备体系建设风险评估提供了有益的参考。 Article discusses the meaning of construction risk of armament system of systems,it analyses the aggregative relation of project risk in armament SoS and the methods are studied.It proposes a new frame to evaluate the construction risk of Armament SoS and offers an available reference to evaluate the armament SoS construction risk.
