It is the center of naval ships,the command system of battle.We should think about every side of keys of design it,such as convenience of using,convenience of maintenance,convenience of updating,haleness of system,etc.This paper presents a new frame of ship carrier command system of battle.And it has made a compare between this new frame and the internal same style system in the sides of using,maintaining,updating and healthy.
