摘要
采用编码技术和网络传输技术,设计了应用于船舶视频监视的数字视频网络监控系统。该系统以船舶内部的TCP/IP网络为载体,可以实现全船范围的宽带一体化网络视频监控。实验测试结果表明监控图像画面清晰,录像回放质量明显提高,能够充分满足船舶操控对视频监视系统的要求。
This paper presents a multi-digital video system on ship monitoring system.The method can achieve ship s panorama broad band video monitoring via ship s inside TCP/IP network transmission and programming-code technology.Experiments validate the video is in focus and the quality can meet the ship s video monitoring request.
