摘要
介绍了一种通过积分将短时间间隔扩展为长时间的测量方法,并对测量误差进行了分析。结果表明,应用本方法采用普通器件就可以对短时间间隔进行高精度测量,可应用于高精度小相位差测量等场合。
A method of measuring little time interval through integral circuit is introduced in this paper,and the measured errors is analyzed by this method.Based on this method,a high precision can be obtained using ordinary devices in the field of measuring little phase difference.
