摘要 电站锅炉水冷壁管泄漏事故将影响到机组的安全、经济运行。利用远场涡流检测技术可发现在役水冷壁管的金属缺陷。介绍了远场涡流检测技术的原理、特点以及检测工艺等。采用高性能涡流检测系统,配合外置式多通道探头,对电站锅炉在役水冷壁管进行远场涡流检测,取得了良好的效果,为电站锅炉质量监督和安全运行提供了行之有效的手段。 The accidents caused by leak in the water-cooled wall panels in power station boiler influences the plant safe and economical operation.Remote field eddy current inspection technology can be used to detect the defect in the in-service water-cooled wall panels.The theory,characteristic and the detecting process of remote field eddy current inspection technology were presented.High performance eddy current inspection system with external multi-channel probe was used for quality control on in-service water-coo...
