摘要
针对某汽车轮毂的失效特征,分析轮毂失效原因,并对该类轮毂备件进行预防性检测。通过常规超声和超声相控阵检测技术的应用效果比较,并基于射线检测的复验情况,总结出超声相控阵技术具有提高缺陷检出率、检测灵敏度高、图像显示直观、易于实现快速检测等优势。
According to the failure characteristics of one truck s wheel hub, the reason of the failure was analyzed and preventive testing was used on the same kinds of reserve wheel hubs. Through comparing the application with conventional ultrasonic testing with ultrasonic phased array inspection technique, and the retesting with RT, the advantages of ultrasonic phased array inspection technique were summarized, including the increase the rafe of detection, high inspection sensitivity, visual image and high speed, ...
