小山水电站1号机接力器渗油处理

Treatment of oil seepage of servomotor of hydro-generating unit No.1 of Xiaoshan Hydropower Station

小山水电站1号机接力器导管刮伤导致接力器渗油,于是对接力器端盖及密封形式进行改造,将原密封圈改为双Y型密封结构,增加镶嵌式自润滑轴套,将导管镀铬增加硬度。解决了接力器导管密封渗油问题。

The guide pipe in the servomotor of hydro-generating unit No.1 is scraped and results in oil seepage of the servomotor;hence,the end covers and sealings of the servomotor are reformed,such as changing the former sealing rings of the servomotor to twin-Y type sealing rings,adding inlaid self-lubricating axle sleeve to the servomotor;carrying out chromate treatment to the guide pipe to increase its hardness;so the oil seepage trouble of the servomotor is overcome at last.
