摘要
分析了设计基模运转的高功率连续固体激光器谐振腔的基本理论和原则,据此制定了设计内含热透镜的基模运转的热稳腔的基本步骤,并以Nd:YAG固体激光器为例,求出其最佳腔参数。
A few critical theories and rules concerning the design of resonators used for high-power cw solid-state lasers operating at fundamental mode were presented in this paper.Following these rules and theories,we analyzed the detailed procedures for designing this type of resonator.Based on these,we design Nd:YAG solid-state lasers,and derived optimal cavity configuration parameters.
