网络计费是网络管理的五大功能之一,计费对网络的运营来说至关重要。通过归纳和比较网络计费的相关技术,探讨了基于路由器SNMP采集对IP流量进行数据处理的可行性,给出了一个面向中小型局域网的网络计费系统的解决方案,并详细描述了系统各模块结构功能和其中的关键技术。

Network charging is one of five functions of network management,it is very important for the operation of network.This paper compared the related technology of network charging,and discussed the feasibility of data handling based on SNMP,then gave a solving schema of network charging system facing medium or small local area network,in the end,described each modular structural function and their crucial technology in detail.
