Countermeasures of China Faces WTO Dispute Settlement System

WTO争端解决机制自建立以来,已经成功地解决了许多国际贸易争端,而且日益取得发展中国家的信赖。但由于包括中国在内的发展中国家,长期游离于WTO/GATT之外,因此在运用DSU时面临一些问题。

After DSU established, it has already resolved many international trade disputes. Meanwhile, it becoming acquire the developing countries trust gradually. But the developing countries, including China faces some problems in applying the DSU because they were outside the gate of the GATT/WTO for a long time.
