摘要
公共预算作为控制政府支出的一种重要手段,一直受到学界的广泛关注,成为财政学、公共行政学的重要研究课题。但时至今日,对于中国公共预算的研究,目前学者还没有对其进行一个比较系统的梳理。以中国全文期刊数据库为基础,从1999年到2006年公开发表的论文数量、质量、种类几个方面,对中国公共预算研究现状进行一个描述,以期能为中国公共预算研究勾勒出一个大体轮廓。
