春秋战国时代是中国历史上规模空前的社会转型期。当时的法家以"以法治国"为口号,提出了一系列改革的措施,从理论和实践两个层面为"大一统"的封建国家的形成作出了杰出贡献。法家的"以法治国"思想,对我们今天的法治建设仍然有着借鉴意义。

At that time, with the thought of "rule by law", legalists put forward many reforming measures and made great achievements to form a unified country on both theoretical and practical sides. We can still learn a lot from the legalists thought of "rule by law".
