摘要
在图书馆服务中导入服务营销理论是非常必要的,由此,分析服务营销组合元素(7P)在图书馆制定营销组合策略中的作用、具体运用及方法,是将服务营销理论引入图书馆服务之中可以提高图书馆的服务水平,可以使图书馆发挥更大的作用,提高民族的整体素质,带来长远的社会效益,因此也是十分必要与可行的。
It is necessary to introduce service promotion theory in library service.Therefore,application and methods of the service promotion combination elements,i.e.7P(Produce,Price,Promote,Place,People,Processes,Provision of custom service) in the establishment of combination promotion strategy in library will promote service level of library management,so that the library will play a greater a role in improving the national people s quality,thus ensuring the far-reaching social benefits.
