蔬菜中金属元素测定方法研究

Studies on the Determination Methods of Metal Ions in Vegetables

采用微波消解处理样品,应用离子色谱UV-Vis检测和火焰原子吸收法分别测定了蔬菜样品中的金属元素Fe、Cu、Zn、Ni、Ca、Mn和Mg的含量。结果显示,离子色谱UV-Vis检测法测定结果准确,方便快捷。

The methods for determination of Fe,Cu,Zn,Ni,Ca,Mn and Mg in vegetables by UV-Vis and FAAS are described.Digestion of the sample in a closed teflon pot and heated in microwave oven.The results showed that the method of UV-Vis is accurate and ripid.
