摘要
为改善整星振动环境,研究了在星箭转接锥附加约束阻尼层(CLD)提高整星阻尼的可行性。用有限元方法计算和优选约束阻尼层减振方案,并根据结构特点,综合考虑阻尼增量和附加质量,获得了合理的约束阻尼减振方案。在结构星上进行了振动试验以验证方案的整星减振效果。分析和试验结果表明:此约束阻尼层减振方案有一定的减振效果,可靠性高,且不改变卫星原技术状态。另发现,采用的试验方法和结构星本身因素可能影响整星阻尼减振的减振效果评价。
The feasibility of constrained damping layer(CLD) applied to the payload attachment fitting(PAF) to improve the dynamic environment that a satellite was subjected to during launch was studied in this paper.The finite element analysis with the modal strain energy method was used for selecting and optimizing the design parameters.According to the structure characteristics,the rational design of the CLD by considering the mass and damping ratio increment of the whole satellite was given out.A preferred design ...
