清中叶赣南的会匪问题与政府控制——以《清实录》为考察中心

Huifei Problem and Government Control in South Jiangxi Province in Mid Qing Dynasty-Focusing on the Study of Qing Shi Lu

会匪问题是影响清政府对基层社会实施有效控制的一大痼疾。赣南会匪问题实质上是清中叶社会经济转型过程中凸显的经济问题,政府打压控制与会匪滋生蔓延呈现出反相关系,其主要原因是清政府始终将会匪视作政治敌人加以镇压,而没能从经济上解决广大民众因人口膨胀导致的艰难生计。这正是会匪等民间秘密结社在有清一代成为解构清王朝基层社会秩序的强大反动力量的深层原因。

This paper discusses the relationship between the spread of local Huifei and government control and analyses the root of Huifei problem in the transformation period of mid Qing dynasty.Further,it points out that it was the development of folk associations such as Huifei that constituted a great rebellious force in crumbling the basic social order of Qing dynasty.
