摘要
目的建立测定消核口服液中马钱苷的方法。方法采用HPLC法,流动相为四氢呋喃-乙腈-甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液(1:8:4:87),检测波长236 nm。结果马钱苷0.093~0.837μg与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9998);回收率为97.7%,RSD=1.4%(n=9)。结论所建方法操作简便,结果准确、重复性好,可作为消核口服液的质量指标。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of loganin in Xiaohe oral solution.METHODS HPLC method was developed.The mobile phase was tetrahydrofuran-acetinitrile-methanol-0.05%phophoric acid(1:8:4:87).The detection wavelength was 236 nm.RESULTS Loganin had a good linearity(r=0.9998) in the range of 0.093~0.837 μg.The average recovery was 97.9%(n=9).CONCLUSION The above method is simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of Xiaohe oral solution.
