奥氏体不锈钢回转钢带裂纹的焊接修复

摘要 厚度为1mm的304奥氏体不锈钢回转钢带,其边缘在运行中开裂,不能使用,需要焊接修复。通过焊接工艺试验和理化试验,筛选出了较适宜的焊接工艺参数。按照筛选出的工艺参数施焊,焊后经锤击及抛光,获得了较满意的修复质量,也为此类回转钢带裂纹的焊接修复提供了成功的经验。 A welding repair is required for the crack on the edge of Austenitic stainless steel ro- tary belt during its operation and fail in service.
