The experience and appraisal of the madigan's prostatectomy for benign prostatic hyperplasia in 200 cases

目的:探讨前列腺增生症(Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia)的理想术式。方法:采用耻骨后保留尿道前列腺切除术(Madigan术)。结果:Madigan手术术中视野暴露良好,操作准确,简易,术后恢复快,出血少,并发症少,随访8~30个月疗效满意。结论:本术式是治疗BPH较为理想的开放术式。

Objective: To study the pefect operation methods of BPH.Methods: To treat BPH with improved madigan s prostatectomy.Results: During this procedure,the area of operation is exposen well,and operation is exact sinple and easy.After operation,the patients who were treated with the procedure resume quicklier,and less hemorrhsge and complication was found.The patients were followed up for 8-30 months and satisfactory results has been achieved in all.Conclusion: The procedure is an ideal open treatment.
