摘要 目的:总结自体骨髓间质干细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤及术后相关问题的处理经验。方法:对91例脊髓损伤患者行自体骨髓间质干细胞移植,术后相关问题的处理和恢复情况进行回顾分析。结果:91例脊髓损伤患者术后ASIA评分的平均数较术前提高,其中41例出现运动、感觉、影像学、神经电生理方面的不同改善;32例出现不同程度的运动、感觉、神经电生理方面的改善;12例出现神经电生理方面的改善;6例无变化。患者术后均顺利出院,未出现明显不良毒副反应;1例严重复合伤患者出现并发症,经积极治疗无效死亡。结论:脊髓损伤患者进行自体骨髓间质干细胞移植治疗安全有效,术后相关问题的正确处理是脊髓神经功能恢复的重要保障。 Objective: To review the operations of mesenchymal stem cells transplantation in patients with spinal cord injury and their postoperative management.Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted in 91 cases of spinal cord injury treated with mesenchyma stem cell transplantation.Results: All of the 91 patients were smoothly discharged.The ASIA scores of postoperation were higher than preoperation s.There were varying degrees of function、Imageology and Electrophysiology improvement in 41patients.32 patients...
