七叶皂苷钠对急性脑出血患者血清中谷氨酸的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:通过观察脑出血(intracerebral hemorrhage,ICH)患者应用七叶皂苷钠后,对血清中谷氨酸的影响,进一步评价七叶皂苷钠对脑出血的治疗作用。方法:选择患者随机分为对照组及干预组(七叶皂苷钠治疗)。采用高效液相色谱法,检测起病后2天内、5~6天、8~9天和15~16天的血清谷氨酸浓度,同步进行神经功能评定,并进行对比观察分析。结果:所有病例谷氨酸水平迅速下降,在5~6天和8~9天以干预组下降速度更加明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05),在2天内和15~16天两组谷氨酸浓度比较差异无统计学意义(p>0.05);两组神经功能缺损评分在5~6天、8~9天和15~16天差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:七叶皂苷钠对ICH患者的神经保护作用机制之一可能是通过降低血清中谷氨酸水平来完成的。 Objective:To further assess the effect of sodium aescinate in treating cerebral hemorrhage by observing the impact of sodium aescinate administration on glutamate,and to provide the novel theoretical basis for applying sodium aescinate for intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:The patients were assigned randomly into the control and intervention groups:the latter received sodium aescinate on admission in addition.And then serum glutamate concentrations within 2 days,during 5~6 days,8~9 days and 15~16 days after ...
