脑外伤所致精神障碍患者的社会支持调查

The Investigation on Social Support of Mental Disorder Patients duing to Brain Damage

目的探讨脑外伤所致精神障碍患者的社会支持情况。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对符合入组标准的40例脑外伤所致精神障碍患者进行测评并与对照组对比。结果患者组主观支持及对支持的利用度与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。主观支持与焦虑、抑郁,支持利用度与敌对,呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论社会支持系统的优劣,影响脑外伤患者的预后。

Objective To explore the social support condition of mental disorder patients duing to brain damage. Methods 40 mental disorder patients duing to brain damage were scaled by The Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90), The Social Support Rating Scal(SSRS).
