摘要
目的了解入伍新兵的适应性问题现状。方法采取最大差异抽样,运用访谈法收集资料,基于扎根理论对资料进行分析。结果新兵由于年龄、兵源、文化层次等的不同,在入伍动机、生活和心理方面适应存在显著的差异。结论部队管理可以从以上方面进行干预,以提高新兵对部队的适应性。
Objective To investigate the adaptability problems of recruits drafted into the army, in order to provide bases for intervention measure. Methods Used qualitative research methods. Results Because of the age, sources of soldiers, state of arts, and so on, there are significant differences of the recruits in the motivation of joining in the army, the adaptability of everyday-life and mentality. Conclusion So we can improve the adaptability of recruits drafted into the army in these fields.
