摘要
目的探讨妇产科护士的人格特征与心理健康状况。方法采用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)和症状自评量表(SCL-90),对119名妇产科护士进行测试。结果①妇产科护士人格特征中的精神质在年龄、护龄和职称方面存在显著差异。②妇产科护士的SCL-90各因子分和总分均低于全国常模,并且在年龄、护龄和职称方面存在显著差异。③精神质与心理健康之间存在显著的正相关。结论妇产科护士总体心理健康水平高于全国常模,并且心理健康水平受年龄、护龄和职称的影响,同时与人格特征中的精神质存在一定的关系。
Objective To explore the personality feature and mental health status of nurses in obstetrics and gynecology department. Methods 119 nurses in obstetrics and gynecology department were investigated with Symptom Check List-90 (SCL-90) and Eysenck Personality Questionaire(EPQ).
