Progress in synthesis and applications of food fortifier NaFeEDTA complex

摘要 综述NaFeEDTA配合物的性质、合成方法、生物活性,并介绍了作为食品强化剂的应用研究现状。 The properties,synthetical methods,biologic activities of the NaFeEDTA complex are summarized in this paper.Its applications in food as nutrition fortifier are introduced.
