桑叶多糖超高压提取工艺研究 被引量:38

摘要 研究超高压提取桑叶多糖的最佳工艺条件。在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验法对桑叶多糖的超高压提取工艺进行优选,选用L9(34)进行正交试验,以桑叶多糖的得率为指标,考察超高压压力、保压时间、pH和固液比(W∶V)对桑叶多糖得率的影响。结果桑叶多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:超高压压力300MPa、超高压时间4.5min、pH9.0、固液比1∶16,桑叶多糖的提取得率可达2.23%。同热浸提取和超声提取方法相比,超高压提取方法得率高,提取时间短,是提取桑叶多糖的适宜方法。 To study the optimum parameters for extracting polysaccharides from Morus abla L.leaves by ultra high pressure(UHP).The optimum UHP extraction process was optimized with orthogonal test.Experiments were made by using L9(34)orthogonal design with extractive yield of polysaccharides as index.,investigating the influence of UHP pressure,UHP time,pH and the ratio of solid to liquid.The Optimum extraction conditions were determined as follows:UHP pressure 300 MPa,UHP time 4.5 min,pH 9.0,solid to liquid ratio 1∶1...
