摘要
研究超高压提取桑叶多糖的最佳工艺条件。在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验法对桑叶多糖的超高压提取工艺进行优选,选用L9(34)进行正交试验,以桑叶多糖的得率为指标,考察超高压压力、保压时间、pH和固液比(W∶V)对桑叶多糖得率的影响。结果桑叶多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:超高压压力300MPa、超高压时间4.5min、pH9.0、固液比1∶16,桑叶多糖的提取得率可达2.23%。同热浸提取和超声提取方法相比,超高压提取方法得率高,提取时间短,是提取桑叶多糖的适宜方法。
