摘要
寻找一种新的产木聚糖酶菌并从整体上降低木聚糖酶的生产成本.本试验以湖南岳阳某厂的土壤为样品,利用透明圈比较法和DNS法相结合,筛选出26株产木聚糖酶菌,并从中分离、纯化出一株高产木聚糖酶菌—S6,通过对S6菌株的发酵条件和产酶规律的试验,结果表明:S6菌株产酶的最优条件是以自制玉米半纤维素为碳源、添加0.2%硝酸铵、pH值为5.5浓度为0.01mol/L的柠檬酸-磷酸二氢钠缓冲体系的培养基中,28℃培养75h,菌生长进入对数期,酶活最大,达到156.2U/mL。
